Free AI assessment for established businesses
Find the work your team should stop doing by hand.
In a free 30-minute AI assessment, we map where your team’s hours go, put a dollar figure on each manual process, and tell you which ones AI can realistically take off their plate. Then our engineers build it.
If AI isn’t your bottleneck, we’ll tell you on the call.
The assessment
What happens in the assessment
Thirty minutes on video with Bronson and one of the engineers who would build your system. You leave knowing which AI projects are worth doing, and which aren’t.
On the call
We learn how the business runs
Where work piles up, which systems people copy between, and which questions get answered over and over.
Sizing
We put a number on each one
Hours, people, frequency and what the work costs today, so every idea is ranked by how fast it pays back.
Afterward
You get a written plan
If there’s a project worth doing: scope, cost, expected payback, and what to build now versus later. Yours to keep, whether or not you hire us.
If AI isn’t your bottleneck, we’ll say so
If we can’t find a project that pays for itself, we’ll tell you straight and point you at what would help instead.
No obligation
Build it with your own team, hand it to someone else, or have us do it. The plan is yours either way.
Payback first
Every project has to pay for itself
We run the same math on every opportunity before recommending anything. If a small system returns more than a big one, we recommend the small one. Try it on one of your own processes.
- Hours spent on the task
- People involved
- How often it happens
- Cost of the current process
- Revenue at stake
- Capacity it frees up
- Build complexity
- Ongoing running cost
Payback calculator
Starts on our example: a 25-person insurance agency where four staff each spend six hours a week retyping claim details from emailed PDFs.
- Time spent today
- What that time costs
- Value AI recovers per year
- Payback
- Net value, year one
What we build
From the written plan to a working system.
The biggest wins are usually people moving information between systems, answering the same questions, and rebuilding the same reports. Our engineers turn that work into systems that run.
Custom AI agents
Agents that take a task from start to finish inside your tools, with a person approving where it matters.
Document processing
Pull, classify and summarize data from claims, contracts, invoices and forms at volume.
Workflow automation
Move information between systems and run recurring work without copy and paste.
Internal assistants
Secure answers from your own policies, documents and history, with access controls.
Customer support
Answer common questions, route requests and summarize tickets for your team.
Integrations and apps
APIs, internal apps and the AWS setup to run it all reliably.
Built in milestones
Each piece is delivered and checked before the next starts, so there’s no big upfront bet.
Proven before sign-off
We agree up front on the test cases a system has to pass, and sign-off happens when it passes them.
Not tied to one AI vendor
Our engineers work across Anthropic and OpenAI models and pick the setup that fits your data, budget and the tools you already use.
Client engagement
ExoVzn: forensic weather analysis for hail and wind damage claims
We designed and built Storm Intel, ExoVzn’s platform on Amazon Bedrock, which turns federal storm data into verified analysis for property damage claims. It’s the same high-volume document and data work we bring to other claims-heavy and operations-heavy teams.
“The Cloud Catalysts helped us turn an idea into a full-fledged suite of products and tools faster than we thought possible. Their team combines speed, technical expertise, and affordability in a way that is difficult to find. They understood our vision, helped us prioritize the right features, and delivered practical solutions without the excessive costs or lengthy development timelines we encountered elsewhere.”

FAQ
Common questions
Is the assessment really free?
Yes. It’s free for any business with customers and revenue. We do it because the best projects start from a real look at how you work.
What should I prepare?
Nothing is required. If you have five minutes, jot down the three processes that take your team the most time and the main tools you use.
Do I have to hire you afterward?
No. The plan is yours. Use your own team, another firm, or us.
What does a build cost?
Every project is scoped on its own, and you see the cost and expected payback before you commit. Larger projects are split into milestones. Software and AI usage costs are listed separately so there are no surprises.
Which AI models and platforms do you use?
Whichever fits. We build on AWS and work with Anthropic and OpenAI models alongside your existing software, and we’ll explain the tradeoffs in plain terms.
What kinds of businesses is this for?
Established companies with repetitive, high-volume work: claims, support, document review, back-office operations, reporting. Industry matters less than the volume of manual work.
Will you sign an NDA first?
Yes. Tick the box on the form and we’ll send a mutual NDA before the call.
