This website is operated by BD Consulting Services, LLC, doing business as The Cloud Catalysts (“we”, “us”). By using thecloudcatalysts.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Use of this site

This site provides information about our consulting, business development, strategic partnership and cloud engineering services, and lets you contact us. You may view and share its pages for your own business purposes. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, submitting false or automated requests through its forms, or copying its content in bulk.

Information on this site

The content on this site is general information about our services. It is not technical, legal, financial or tax advice, and it is not a quote, proposal or offer. Service descriptions, timelines and outcomes vary by engagement. Case studies describe past engagements and do not guarantee similar results for yours. Business outcomes, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, partnership development and funding approvals, depend on many factors outside our control and are not guaranteed. We try to keep the site accurate and current, but we may change or remove content at any time without notice.

Engagements are governed by separate agreements

Any work we perform for you is governed by a signed agreement or statement of work between your organization and us, or by the terms of a purchase made through AWS Marketplace. Those terms control over anything on this site. Submitting the contact form or requesting an assessment does not create a client relationship or obligate either of us to enter into one.

Free AI assessment

The free 30-minute AI assessment is offered at our discretion, and we may decline or reschedule a request. It is a conversation to help you understand your options, and any observations we share are provided for information only. The assessment carries no cost and no obligation to buy anything. Do not share confidential information during it unless a nondisclosure agreement is in place between us.

Information you send us

When you contact us, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to share it. We handle it as described in our privacy policy.

Text messages (SMS)

If you separately opt in to receive text messages from us, we may send you business-related messages, including consultation follow-ups, appointment coordination, service updates and, where you have expressly authorized them, promotional messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for assistance, or email info@thecloudcatalysts.com. Consent to receive text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing or receiving any service. We handle your mobile number and SMS consent as described in our privacy policy. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The content of this site, including its text, design, graphics and logos, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. It may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without our prior written permission. Third-party names, logos and partner badges, including those of Amazon Web Services, belong to their owners and appear here to describe our work and credentials. Their use does not imply endorsement beyond the relationship described.
