Who we are

This website is operated by BD Consulting Services, LLC, doing business as The Cloud Catalysts (“we”, “us”). This policy covers thecloudcatalysts.com only. It does not cover the systems we build or operate for clients, which are governed by our agreements with those clients.

Information you give us

When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, company (if you provide it) and your message. The form sends this to our business inbox as an email. We use it to reply to you and to discuss the work you asked about. We do not add it to a separate database, and we do not sell it.

Visitor identification

This site uses RB2B, a business-to-business visitor-identification service loaded through Leadsy and Instantly. When you visit, it sets cookies and collects technical information such as your IP address, approximate location, browser and device details, and the pages you view. For visitors located in the United States, RB2B and its data partners, including LiveIntent, may match that information to a professional profile and share details such as your name, business email address, job title, company and LinkedIn profile URL with us.

We use this to understand which organizations are interested in our services and, in some cases, to contact you about them.

You can opt out of RB2B’s database using its opt-out form, and you can read how it handles data in the RB2B privacy policy. To opt out of interest-based tracking by many participating companies, use the NAI consumer opt-out. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works normally without them.

Cookies and similar technologies

We do not use cookies of our own. The visitor-identification service sets cookies and browser storage entries, including _reb2buid, _reb2bsessionID, _reb2bgeo, _lc2_fpi, _lc2_fpi_js and _li_dcdm_c on this domain, and third-party cookies set by its data partners, including lidid (liadm.com), tuid (usbrowserspeed.com) and uuid (alocdn.com). These let it recognize a returning browser.

Technical information

Like any website, our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services) processes your IP address and request details to deliver pages to you. Our fonts are served by Google Fonts, so your browser also connects to Google when a page loads. Google’s handling of that data is described in the Google privacy policy.

Who receives information

We share information only with the service providers that run this site and our business: Amazon Web Services (hosting and contact-form delivery), Google Workspace (our email), and RB2B, Leadsy, Instantly and their data partners (visitor identification, as described above). We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Contact-form messages and visitor-identification records stay in our email and business systems for as long as they are useful for the business relationship, after which we delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us not to contact you. Email info@thecloudcatalysts.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law, and we will honor them.

Children

This site is intended for businesses. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
